UV Clinical ApS. has September 2019 received a 0.5 Mill. DKK investment from the Innobooster program under Innovation Fund Denmark. Innovation Fund Denmark supports new initiatives to create growth and employment in Denmark. The funding supports UV Clinical’s development of devices for UV disinfection of implanted medical tubing such as catheters and endotracheal tubing. New and more powerful UVC LEDs will be tested for their ability to achieve more efficient disinfection rates and shorter UV treatment times.
